The Concept: A white path to the home Inspired by the ancient Mayan roads, the backbone of the house is an impressive double-height hallway with a barrel vault ceiling. This modern "Sacbé" connects all vital areas over a carpet of handcrafted pasta mosaic, guiding the journey through a fluid and light-filled spatial experience. As a unique fact, this work was "executed in Maya": the local labor used their mother tongue during construction, infusing the house with unparalleled cultural authenticity.

Bioclimatic Design and Materiality: The architecture is decidedly modern but deeply Mexican. High-end regional materials such as chukum were used in walls and lattices, providing freshness and timeless elegance. Its intelligent design prioritizes north orientation and cross ventilation in all spaces, ensuring a cool environment and reducing energy consumption.

El Concepto: Un camino blanco hacia el hogar Inspirada en los antiguos caminos mayas, la columna vertebral de la casa es un impresionante pasillo de doble altura con plafón de medio cañón. Este "Sacbé" moderno conecta todas las áreas vitales sobre un tapete de mosaico de pasta artesanal, guiando el recorrido a través de una experiencia espacial fluida y llena de luz. Como dato único, esta obra fue "ejecutada en maya": la mano de obra local utilizó su lengua materna durante la construcción, infundiendo a la casa una autenticidad cultural inigualable.

Diseño Bioclimático y Materialidad: La arquitectura es decididamente moderna pero profundamente mexicana. Se utilizaron materiales regionales de alta gama como el chukum en muros y celosías, que aportan frescura y elegancia atemporal. Su diseño inteligente privilegia la orientación norte y la ventilación cruzada en todos los espacios, garantizando un ambiente fresco y reduciendo el consumo energético.
