The house is built on three levels, on the first level we have the parking and game room.
On the second level, we have the social area where we will find a living room, a kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, and a dining room. We also have the terrace with folding windows that open to connect the spaces and provide greater spaciousness by joining the main areas of the house. This area has an outdoor living room with an ethanol fireplace, loungers, a jacuzzi, a dining area, a grill, and everything has a 360° view of the beautiful lake of Valle de Bravo and the forests of Avándaro.
On the second level, we have four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and closet. All have views of the forest and the lake from any point in the rooms. The house has excellent natural light, and the master and secondary bedrooms have balconies that overlook the forests, lake, and social area of the house.

En el segundo nivel tenemos las cuatro amplias habitaciones cada una con su baño propio y closet, todas cuentan con vistas al bosque y al lago desde cualquier punto de las habitaciones, la casa cuenta con excelente luz natural, la habitación principal y secundaria cuentan con balcones que dan vista a los bosques, lago y área social de la casa.
