The following services are offered that can be paid along with the rent:
* Axtel (TV, internet, and telephone)
* CFE, Gas Fenosa, Water, and Drainage), timely and in the billing process upon the end of the month, separately, including the amount to be paid for these, so tenants do not lack any service during their stay at this residence.

Note: All services are within the rental period.

Repair service for appliances (Washing center, air conditioning, water heater, stove, TV), plumbing, electricity. No cost for the tenant, as long as it is not damaged by misuse or accident; annual maintenance is already stipulated in the previously signed contract.

Forgotten keys service. Whether they can be forgotten inside the house and/or office, we can avoid hiring a locksmith and can provide a duplicate to enter the residence, avoiding the payment of a locksmith for the tenant.

Se ofrecen los siguientes servicios que se pueden liquidar junto con la renta :

Servicio de reparaciones de electrodomésticos (Centro de lavado, aire acondicionado, boiler, estufa , TV ), plomería, electricidad. Sin costo para el arrendatario, mientras no sea dañado por mal uso o accidental; los mantenimientos anuales se estipulan ya en el contrato ya firmado previamente.

Servicio de llaves olvidadas. Ya sea que se pueden olvidar dentro de la casa y/o oficina, se pueden evitar contratar al cerrajero y podemos proporcionar un duplicado para ingresar al domicilio evitando el pago de un cerrajero para el inquilino.
