Los requisitos para rentar:
1.- Agendar una cita
2.- Llenar Solicitud de Arrendamiento unavez aceptada,
3.- Pagar un mes de renta.
4.- Pagar un mes de depósito.
5.-Un fiador con propiedad a su nombre en Estado de colima.
6.- Firmar contrato por un año.
No tenemos restricción con tema de mascotas, pero si se somete a análisis de los propietarios al llenar la solicitud cuántas mascotas son y de qué tamaño.
