Beautiful house for rent in Puerta de Anáhuac completely furnished and equipped with laundry, air conditioning, and fans in every area and bedroom, large patio, garage, and electric gate.
The following services are offered that can be settled along with the rent:
* Axtel (TV, internet, and telephony)
* CFE, Gas Fenosa, Water, and Drainage), timely and in the billing process upon the end of the month, separately, including the amount to be paid for these, so tenants do not lack any service during their stay at this address.

Note: All services are within the rental period.

Repair service for appliances (Washing center, air conditioning, boiler, stove, TV), plumbing, electricity. No cost for the tenant, as long as it is not damaged by misuse or accident; annual maintenance is already stipulated in the previously signed contract.

Forgotten keys service. Whether they can be forgotten inside the house and/or office, we can avoid hiring a locksmith and can provide a duplicate to enter the property, avoiding the payment of a locksmith for the tenant.

Note: Some tenants are unaware of this complicated range of home services (Technicians, Plumbers, Electricians, and Locksmiths).



GARDENING

If you allow us, we would love to continue maintaining the wall of the vine and the pine that are on the property once a month, AT NO COST to you, in order to keep the property in excellent condition and appearance. We only require authorization from you to access the front patio; We would open and close with an additional remote control, only the gate, without having access to the property on the day we would previously announce to provide this service.


CLEANING OF PROPERTY (Domestic worker service)

This service is received from a domestic worker we trust as landlords and is paid separately without a fiscal receipt, depending on the frequency in days per week.

- 1 day $400.00 MN

- 2 days $650.00 MN

- 3 days $900.00 MN

- 5 days $1,400.00 MN

The days would be from Monday to Friday and the services included are the following.

- Washing and drying of sheets, towels, tenant's clothes as long as it is not dry cleaning, pillowcases.

- Ironing. only shirts and/or dress pants, no underwear.

- Cleaning and washing of the bathrooms.

- Washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen and stove.

- Dusting, Sweeping, and mopping of the two floors.

- Making beds on the service day and changing sheets once a week.

- Cleaning and sweeping of exterior patios and watering the pine and vine.

Note: This service, like the payment of bills; is provided if desired attached and additional on the billing day; with the intention of avoiding inconveniences to the tenants.Disponible a partir de diciembre
Hermosa casa en renta en Puerta de Anáhuac completamente amueblada y equipada con lavandería, clima y abanico en cada área y recamara, patio grande, cochera y portón eléctrico.
Se ofrecen los siguientes servicios que se pueden liquidar junto con la renta :
* Axtel (tv, internet y telefonía)
* CFE, Gas Fenosa, Agua y Drenaje), oportunamente y en el tramite de facturación al vencer el mes , por separado, incluyendo la cantidad a pagar de estos, así los inquilinos no carecen de algún servicio en el tiempo de su estadía en este domicilio.

       Nota: Todos los servicios son dentro del periodo de arrendamiento.

Servicio de reparaciones de electrodomésticos (Centro de lavado, aire acondicionado, boiler, estufa , TV ), plomería, electricidad. Sin costo para el arrendatario, mientras no sea dañado por mal uso o accidental; los mantenimientos anuales se estipulan ya en el contrato ya firmado previamente.

Servicio de llaves olvidadas. Ya sea que se pueden olvidar dentro de la casa y/o oficina, se pueden evitar contratar al cerrajero y podemos proporcionar un duplicado para ingresar al domicilio evitando el pago de un cerrajero para el inquilino.

       Nota: Algunos inquilinos desconocen este complicado gama de servidores del hogar (Técnicos, Plomeros, Electricistas y Cerrajeros).
 

 

JARDINERIA

Si ustedes lo permiten nos encantaría seguir dando mantenimiento a la pared de la enredadera y al pino que están en la finca una vez por mes ,SIN COSTO para ustedes, con la finalidad de mantener la finca en excelente estado y apariencia. solo requerimos la autorización por parte de ustedes para accesar al patio frontal; Nosotros abriríamos y cerraríamos con un control remoto adicional, solo el portón, sin tener acceso a la finca el dia que previamente anunciaríamos para dar este servicio.

 

LIMPIEZA DE FINCA ( Servicio de empleada domestica )

 

Este servicio de aso se recibe de una empleada domestica de la confianza de nosotros arrendadores y se paga por separado sin recibo fiscal, dependiendo de la frecuencia en dias por semana. 

        - 1 dia   $400.00 MN

        - 2 dias  $650.00 MN

        - 3 dias  $900.00 MN

        - 5 dias  $1,400.00 MN 

Los dias serian de lunes a viernes y lo servicios que incluyen son los siguientes.

 

        - Lavado y secado. de sabanas, toallas , ropa de los inquilinos mientras no sea de tintorería, fundas de almohadas. 

        - Planchado .solo camisas y/o pantalones de vestir, no ropa interior.

        - Aseo y lavado de los baños.

        - Lavado de trastes y aseo de cosina y estufa.

        - Sacudido , Barrido y trapeado de las dos plantas

        -Tendido de camas el dia de servicio y cambio de sabanas una vez a la semana.

        - Limpieza barrido de patios exterior y regar el pino y enredadera.

 

Nota : Este servicio al igual que el pago de recibos; se brinda si lo desean adjunto y adicional al dia de facturación; con la intención de evitar molestias a los inquilinos.
