Garage for two vehicles, the first bedroom has a small social area and its own bathroom (there is the possibility of changing the entrance to be external and completely independent from the rest of the house), the second bedroom has its own bathroom and direct access to the pool, the third bedroom shares a bathroom with guests and also has direct access to the pool. The house has a spacious kitchen-dining room equipped with a view of the pool and the patio. From the kitchen, you can appreciate a beautiful body of water. The L-shaped pool surrounds the property and is designed as a swimming lane and also a jacuzzi-style relaxation area. Above the kitchen, there is a covered rooftop with bajareque that serves as an outdoor living room.

posibilidad de cambiar la entrada de la misma para que sea externa y sea completamente independiente del resto de la casa, la segunda recamara cuenta con baño propio y acceso directo a la alberca, la tercera recamara comparte un baño con las visitas y cuenta también con acceso directo a la alberca. La casa cuenta con una amplia Cocina-comedor equipada con vista a la alberca y al patio. Desde la cocina se puede apreciar un bello cuerpo de agua. La alberca en forma de L que rodea la
propiedad y esta diseñado como un carril de nado y
también un área de descanso tipo jacuzzi. En la parte de arriba de la cocina hay un rooftop techado con bajareque que funciona como una sala exterior.
