Approximate manufacturing time: 90 days, plus approximately 15 days for installation.

The home is installed directly on the buyer's land. The land is not included in the price.

One of its advantages is that it is considered a movable property, so it can be relocated and installed later in another location. The estimated cost of relocation is approximately 6% of the value of the home, subject to distance, access, maneuvers, transportation, and conditions of the new site.

Additional features such as a biodigester, well, furniture, air conditioning units, solar panels, pool, and other solutions can also be integrated according to the project's needs.

The Bacalar model does not include a rooftop.
