The furniture is mostly unique, including a chest approximately 300 years old and a dining table about 200 years old, as well as the hand-carved columns in the outdoor cabana.

The garden is a true paradise, with 10 fruit trees and almost 100 varieties of plants, creating an environment full of life and privacy. This property was designed as a personal retreat and later converted into a luxury rental home, with more than 100 5-star reviews on Vrbo and Airbnb.
