1. Double deposit of the rental value in deposit
2. In case of cats, the litter cannot be removed for the trash can (they do not take it)
3. All damages caused by the pet, even minor ones, will be deducted from the deposit made. If you carry out the repair, it must remain in the same condition as received; if not, the necessary work will have to be done, and the corresponding charge will be made
4. In case of complaints from any tenant about noise or any reported circumstance, you will be notified to resolve the issue and/or request eviction
5. The time it takes for the normal smell or smells of the pet to disappear from the apartment will be charged as rental days.
6. The days that maintenance caused by the pet lasts will also be charged as rental stay
7. The cleaning of furniture for the corresponding sanitization will be charged to your deposit upon delivery of the apartment

Condiciones
Arrendamiento con mascotas pequeñas
1. Doble deposito del valor de la renta en deposito
2. En caso de gatos, no se podrá sacar la arena que cambien para que se lleve el basurero ( no se la llevan )
3. Todos los daños que sean causados por la mascota, así sean menores se descontarán del deposito realizado . Si ustedes realizan la reparación, tendrá que quedar en las mismas condiciones de recepción, si no es así, se tendrá que mandar a hacer el trabajo que se necesite y se hará el cargo correspondiente
4. En caso de quejas de algun inquilino por ruidos o alguna circunstancia reportada, se le notificará para que resuelva el tema y/o , solicitarle el desalojo
5. El tiempo que duré el olor u olores normales de la mascota en desaparecer del departamento, se le cobraran como dias de renta.
6. Los dias que duren los mantenimientos causados por la mascota, de igual forma se harán el cargo como estancia de renta
7. La limpieza de muebles para la sanitizacion correspondiente, correrá con cargo a su deposito en la entrega del departamento
