In the common areas, we have a space for loading and unloading, 24/7 security, a mezzanine with a dining area for staff, and access control.

The maintenance of COMMON AREAS, as well as security, the cost for the supply of drinking water, and the cost for the consumption of electricity in the common areas is indicated; the cost for the consumption of electricity within the warehouse and the office is paid separately.

El mantenimiento de ÁREAS COMUNES, así como la vigilancia, el costo por el suministro de agua potable y el costo por el consumo de la energía eléctrica de las áreas comunes está indicado, el costo por el consumo de energía eléctrica dentro de la bodega y la oficina se pagan por separado.
