1.- Stone masonry foundations and footings with lime, cement and stone dust mortar, set on solid rock (bedrock), 30 cm thick.
2.- 15x15 cm foundation chain beam reinforced with 15-15-4 Armex and waterproofing on the chain beam with Microfest or equivalent.
3.- Fill with compacted rubble in the covered areas of the ground-floor apartment.
4.- 30x30 cm reinforced concrete column bases (footings) with 15-15-4 Armex, located in suitable places.
II.- Masonry and finishes
1.- 15x20x40 cm block walls, 3 m high, on the ground floor, first level and second level.
2.- 15x15 reinforced concrete chain beam with 15-15-4 Armex
3.- Reinforced concrete columns with 15-15-4 Armex, 15x15 cm.
4.- Slab with 12-5 joists and 15x25x56 cm hollow clay blocks, with fiber and 3 cm thick concrete, 150 kg/cm2, equivalent to the apartment area in m2.
5.- Three-coat exterior finish using rich, emparche and stucco. (Not burnished)
6.-Unfinished masonry (ridge) with 1 row of blocks, finished on the second-floor rooftop, and 5x5 cm chamfer on the rooftop.
7.- Upper rooftop finish with slopes, 2 to 10 cm thick, and a burnished putty-type finish. No waterproofing on rooftops.
8.- Three-coat exterior ceiling finish with a final stucco finish. Interior ceiling finished with plaster applied directly to the hollow blocks.
9.- Concrete floor base, 3-5 cm thick, F'c=100 kg/cm2.
10.- Ceramic tile floors, 50x100 cm or large format depending on availability, with white cement as grout.
11.- 7 cm ceramic baseboards made from the same floor tile, installed on interior walls.
12.- Bathroom wall covering with ceramic floor tiles according to the project, and white cement as grout between the joints.
13.-Concrete staircase, width according to the project, clad with ceramic tile and with baseboards.
14.- Light-colored stamped concrete floor with pigment or grooved concrete in the garage, 5-7 cm thick. Includes varnish. For the exclusive use of personal vehicles.
15.- Water tank bases, 1.00 x 1.00 x 0.70 m
16.- Plaster finish on interior walls and ceilings of the apartment, excluding terraces and garage from the areas to be finished.
III.- Electrical installation
1.- Two-phase electrical service connection incl. meter base, grounding, 2" service mast support, weatherhead, #6 THW cable and ABB outdoor main load center with 2x64 amp thermal breaker. (Installation subject to C.F.E.)
2.- Qo8 load center for distribution of interior circuits. Includes 4 15 and/or 20 amp breakers.
3.- TWH No. 10, 12 and 14 cables, Iusa brand or equivalent in price and/or quality.
4.- Electrical outlets with switches, receptacles and plates, Bticino brand or equivalent
IV.- Plumbing and sanitary installation
1.- 450-liter Rotoplas brand water tank or equivalent
2.- Interior installation of 1", 3⁄4" and 1⁄2" CPVC piping.
3- Sanitary installation with 4" and 2" PVC piping in bathrooms and kitchen. Includes 40x40 cm inspection chambers, with sealed concrete covers for easier cleaning and final discharge to a septic tank.
4.- Bucket drains with 2" outlet in shower areas.
5.-40x40 sanitary inspection chamber with concrete cover.

6.- 2" mixer faucets in bathroom sinks, Proyecta brand or similar, and 4” in the kitchen sink, Urrea brand faucet or equivalent in price and quality.
