From $10,900 per month plus VAT

One-year contract.
Two-month deposit plus the current month’s rent.

And something almost no one offers:
A legal policy is accepted instead of a guarantor.

If you’ve been working for yourself for years and have never been able to
rent your own space because you don’t have someone who can guarantee your lease with
a property deed, you can do so here.

2 · Hourly consultation room—registration—documents

It’s a separate space. It’s not one of the offices
above, and it doesn’t require an annual contract.

$150 per hour
Annual registration fee of $1,000
Registration with documentation

For psychologists, nutritionists, thanatologists, and therapists who
see clients by appointment and don’t yet need a permanent space.

The building doesn’t offer casual rentals and knows who comes in. If
you receive clients, that protects you too.

The building has

· Receptionist
· Meeting rooms
· 82 m² terrace with an equipped kitchen and bathrooms
· Patio

The terrace and patio are common areas: their use is subject
to availability and the building’s rules.

No private parking; there are parking meters and
parking lots on the block.

Ideal for a consultation room, studio, professional office, or workshop.
