The warehouse has 160 m2 of private space; part of the space has double-height ceilings to facilitate handling the clothing or loading and unloading it. It also has laundry facilities (the equipment for this is not included).

It has a furnished office (desk and chairs; PCs are not included) with air conditioning and an interior bathroom that can be exclusive to your administrative staff.

In the common areas, we have a space for loading and unloading, 24/7 security, a mezzanine with a dining area for staff, and access control.

Maintenance of common areas, as well as security, the cost of the potable water supply, and the cost of electricity consumption in the common areas are included; electricity consumption inside the warehouse and office is paid separately.
