Colonial style building in the heart of downtown Puebla in the emblematic alley of the frogs. A street where tourists and locals gather to stroll through the alley famous for its craft shops, antique furniture boutiques, jewelry stores, art galleries, and restaurants offering a variety of international cuisine and classic Poblano dishes.
The house has four exterior commercial spaces and a large central gate.
There are seven interior commercial spaces in the central courtyard. In the central courtyard of the ground floor, there is access to the five rooms via an original staircase of the building. The five comfortable rooms on the first upper level currently operate as a hostel and B&B. They are fully furnished in the classic colonial style of the era, with bathrooms in each room carefully crafted with beautiful Talavera tiles from Puebla, and all have air conditioning and heating.
It has 712 m2 of land and 517 m2 over 2 levels with a covered central courtyard like a plaza and access to the center with a main gate, like the classic houses of the era with thick walls and high ceilings with beams.
Four of the commercial spaces on the ground floor face the street, and the other seven are inside, connected to the covered central courtyard.
Among the exterior commercial spaces, we currently find; a jewelry store, an antique furniture store, a mezcaleria to taste the classic mezcal, and another furniture store open to the public on the street.
Inside the house in the plaza is the café with tables, two other antique shops, three art galleries, one is photography, another jewelry, and an office.

En el interior de la casa en la plaza está la cafetería con mesas, otras dos tiendas de antigüedades, tres galerías de arte, una es de fotografía, otra joyería y un despacho.
