With a panoramic view towards the east of the city of San Luis Potosí, Casa CP emerges, a single-family housing project, whose main objective is to live the house inward, open patios function to vestibule and provide space between the different areas of the house, which allows for absolute privacy from the street side, a blind facade that not only respects the user's intimacy but also responds to the orientation of the west.

The distribution scheme of the house was generated by two volumes on the sides of the land, achieving a large central open space, which serves to contain a tree.

Due to the topography of the land and the easement conditions of the subdivision, it was decided to generate three levels.

At street level or intermediate floor, the social areas, main access, access to the garage, living room, dining room, and kitchen are located, these spaces are linked by a central bridge, which connects both volumes.Antes: $9,500,000

Con vista panorámica hacia el oriente de la ciudad de San Luis Potosí, emerge la Casa CP, un proyecto de vivienda unifamiliar, cuyo objetivo principal es vivir la casa hacia adentro, patios abiertos dan función para vestibular y dar espacio entre las diferentes áreas de la casa, lo cual, permite tener privacidad absoluta desde el lado de la calle, una fachada ciega, que no solo respeta la intimidad del usuario sino también responde a la orientación del poniente.

El esquema de distribución de la casa fue generado por dos volúmenes en los costados del terreno, logrando un amplio espacio abierto central, el cual sirve para contener un árbol.

Debido a la topografía del terreno y los condicionamientos de servidumbres del fraccionamiento, se optó por generar tres niveles.

A nivel de calle o planta intermedia, se encuentran las áreas sociales, acceso principal, acceso a cochera, sala, comedor y cocina, dichos espacios se encuentran vinculados por un puente central, el cual conecta ambos volúmenes.
