We offer you a beautiful house with many additional details that the current and unique owners have put into their home to make it a very cozy and functional space.

The house has a covered garage for two cars with stone-like flooring and a fish pond on the floor that gives a special welcome.

Upon entering, we have a half bathroom, and we are greeted by the dining room and the living room, then to the left, we enter a well-maintained kitchen with upper and lower cabinetry and a black granite countertop. In the kitchen area, we have a spacious pantry and access to our fully covered laundry room.

Next to the living room, we have a covered terrace which can serve that purpose or as another covered space; in this case, the owners use it as an office with a magnificent view and wooden-colored aluminum sliding doors leading to a well-kept backyard with a Venetian-tiled pool and a terrace with flooring. The space has an installed Argentine-style grill in the corner for those wonderful family afternoons. To access the roof, we have a marine ladder.

Upon entering the upper floor, we do so with a staircase with a tempered glass railing, giving modernity to the space. We are welcomed by a space between rooms where there is a large linen closet and a spectacular wooden and glass display case.

On the upper floor, we have two secondary bedrooms with a full bathroom and the master bedroom with its walk-in closet and full bathroom.

The entire house has blinds, air conditioning, fitted closets, and closed storage, among others.

The Risco private community has controlled access 24/7, extensive green areas, and an artificial lake. Altozano also has a beautiful clubhouse with many amenities, including:

Event hall
Cafeteria restaurant
Gym
Bathrooms with steam, sauna, showers, and lockers.
Pools and jacuzzis

La casa cuenta con cochera techada para dos autos con piso tipo piedra y un estanque de peces en el piso que le da un recibimiento especial.

Al ingresar contamos con un medio baño y nos recibe el comedor y la sala para luego ingresar del lado izquiero a una cocina muy bien cuidada con carpintería superior e inferior y cubierta de granito negro. En el espacio de cocina contamos con una amplia bodega y acceso a nuestra lavandería totalmente techada .

A un costado de la sala contamos con una terraza techada la cual puede tener ese fín o como un espacio más techado en este caso los propietarios lo usan como la oficina con una magnífica vista con puertas corredizas de aluminio color madera hacia un cuidado patio trasero con una alberca forrada en veneciano y una terraza con piso. El espacio cuenta con un asador istalado tipo argentino en la esquina para esas maravillosas tardes en familia. Para subir al techo contamos con escalera marina.

Al ingresar a la planta alta lo hacemos con una escalera con un barandal en cristal templado dando modernidad al espacio. Nos recibe un espacio entre habitaciones donde hay un gran closet de blancos y una vitrina en madera y vidrio espectacular.

En planta alta contamos con dos recámaras secundarias con un baño completo y la recámara principal con su closet vestidor y baño completo.

Toda la casa cuenta con persianas, climas, closets vestidos y cerrados entre otros.

La privada Risco cuenta con acceso controlado 24/7 extensas áreas verdes y un lago artificial. Altozano cuenta también con una hermosa casa club con muchas amenidades entre las que se encuentran :
