Part of a building was preserved over the new parking lot to be constructed. Se conservó parte de una construcción sobre el estacionamiento nuevo a construir. Esto hizo que el proyecto tuviera un carácter distinto y se decidió por un estilo de época contrastando con elementos de diseño contemporáneo.
