Located in the most desired area of San Miguel de Allende, in front of the Rosewood and next to Numu, the luxury boutique hotel Hyatt, there is a botanical reserve surrounded by impeccable construction: Villa del Parque Central. This contemporary complex is just steps away from Parque Juárez and has all the amenities you can imagine; nothing was spared to make it perfect. Inside this refuge, there is also a bunker-style room, designed as a safe space.

Upon entering through the beautiful contemporary pocket wooden automatic door, you will find parking for 8 cars. The owner cleverly camouflaged this area, achieving absolute privacy for the rest of the complex. The parking is hidden behind large wooden slats and serves as a backdrop for the extensive botanical garden.

As you walk through the botanical garden, past the infinity pool and the spa, the contemporary villa appears. The property has four independent accesses for each of the residential units.

The main house, located on the left, consists of two spacious ensuite bedrooms with an elegant minimalist design by Namuh. The cabinets and doors are made of fine alder wood, while the dining bar is crafted from exquisite varnished petrified wood. The countertops in the kitchens throughout the complex are granite with a "leather" finish, and the bathrooms are clad in marble. One of the suites is located on the ground floor —ideal for people with mobility limitations— and the second is on the upper floor with exterior access for greater privacy. All bedrooms in the complex have mini-splits to ensure comfort in any season. From the main house's kitchen, there is access to an exterior half bath for garden use.

The next beautifully decorated apartment has two accesses: one through the garden and the other in front of Parque Juárez. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and kitchen, all impeccable and furnished also by Namuh.

Next to it is another unit: an ensuite bedroom on the upper floor with an outdoor terrace overlooking the complex, the smallest of all, but equally elegant. This unit also has a garage.

Between the units is the laundry room, equipped with two washers, two dryers, a professional iron for sheets, and a dry cleaning unit.

On the other side of the laundry room is another unit with two ensuite bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, formal dining room, and living room. The half bath is on the ground floor, ideal for visits when receiving guests. All the decor is, again, by Namuh.

Al entrar por la hermosa puerta automática contemporánea de madera tipo pocket, encontrarás estacionamiento para 8 autos. El propietario camufló inteligentemente esta zona, logrando una privacidad absoluta para el resto del conjunto. El estacionamiento queda oculto tras grandes celosías de madera y sirve de telón de fondo para el extenso jardín botánico.

Al recorrer el jardín botánico, pasando la alberca infinita y el spa, aparece la villa contemporánea. La propiedad cuenta con cuatro accesos independientes para cada una de las unidades habitacionales.

La casa principal, ubicada a la izquierda, consta de dos amplias recámaras ensuite con un elegante diseño minimalista de Namuh. Los gabinetes y puertas están hechos de fina madera de álamo (Alder), mientras que la barra del comedor está elaborada en exquisita madera petrificada barnizada. Las encimeras de las cocinas en todo el conjunto son de granito con acabado “cuero” y los baños están revestidos en mármol. Una de las suites se encuentra en la planta baja —ideal para personas con limitaciones de movilidad— y la segunda está en la planta alta con acceso exterior para mayor privacidad. Todas las recámaras del conjunto cuentan con minisplits para asegurar confort en cualquier temporada. Desde la cocina de la casa principal se accede a un medio baño exterior para uso del jardín.

El siguiente departamento, bellamente decorado, tiene dos accesos: uno por el jardín y el otro frente al Parque Juárez. Cuenta con dos recámaras, dos baños completos, sala, comedor y cocina, todo impecable y amueblado
