What to consider before renting

Renting here means paying for proximity to the corporate corridor and for buildings with pools, gyms and coworking spaces already built in. Furnished units are common, since a good share of tenants are professionals on shorter assignments near the offices or the hospital. Traffic on Bernardo Quintana gets heavy during business hours, and street parking is scarce around the office buildings. If you want the same connectivity with a quieter, more residential feel, Milenio III sits just down the corridor.
