Buying in Naucalpan

Buying a house is what most people come to Naucalpan to do, and the choice is really a choice of decade. Houses for sale in Ciudad Satélite are the originals from the late 1950s, single story and set back from the circuitos. Houses for sale in Hacienda de Echegaray and Colón Echegaray came next, north of the Periférico. Newer and higher up the hill are houses for sale in Paseos del Bosque and Vista del Valle, west of the old town of San Bartolo.

What to consider before buying

A Satélite house is turning seventy, so the installations are the thing to inspect: original plumbing, original wiring and flat roofs redone many times over. That is a reason to check, not to walk away, and it is why remodeled houses on the same circuito carry very different prices. Lot orientation counts on the hillside west, where a north-facing garden gets little sun. Ciudad Brisa and the streets around San Bartolo cost a good deal less than the golf-club strip.
