What to consider before buying

Reaching Progreso Centro or the highway from Yucalpetén means driving, since the marina sits apart from the malecón and the market. Construction here tends to be more recent than in the older blocks downtown. Chicxulub Puerto offers apartments on the opposite end of the coast, at a lower price and closer to the pier and the crater site than to the marina.
