The apartment towers are concentrated on the eastern side of the municipality and most are recent. Valle del Campestre, next to the Club Campestre golf course, is the priciest address by the metre and where the newest towers keep going up, along with Punto Central and Jardines del Campestre beside it. Further east, Zona Valle Oriente is the corporate skyline, home to Torre KOI, the tallest building in San Pedro, and prices there start lower.

What to consider before buying

Maintenance fees vary a lot between these towers because the amenity packages do, and they are a permanent part of the cost rather than a detail. Look at what is still under construction around a building, since the eastern corridor has been adding towers for years and a clear sierra view can disappear. Note also that Valle Oriente straddles the municipal line, so an address there can fall in Monterrey and change your predial and services. For more apartments across a wider price range, Monterrey is immediately north.
