Buying in Naucalpan

Vertical Naucalpan runs along three lines. Apartments for sale in Lomas de Tecamachalco fill the Avenida de los Bosques corridor, and the tallest and most expensive stand at Lomas Country Club, on Avenida Club de Golf Lomas, with the fairways and the ravines that edge them below. Apartments for sale in Lomas Verdes follow the Súper Avenida up the hill. South of the old town sits a third line, Lomas del Río, the most affordable of the three.

What to consider before buying

Parking is the detail that moves value most in Naucalpan, because almost nothing here is walkable to a Metro station and a second space is not standard in the older buildings. Check the water arrangement too: buildings on the upper sections keep cisterns and pumps precisely because they sit at the end of the Cutzamala line. And confirm which municipality the building is in, since the boundary runs down Avenida de los Bosques in places. For the same drive to the capital's offices without the Avenida de los Bosques price, Santa Cruz del Monte sits just west of Ciudad Satélite, and Tlalnepantla de Baz carries the Gustavo Baz corridor further north at the lowest prices of the three.
