The apartment has 3 rooms:

1 bedroom, with air conditioning, with a double bed, headboard, and TV

1 full bathroom with hot and cold water.

1 kitchen/reception area, minibar, and electric grill.
*The minibar can be exchanged for a larger refrigerator but on the condition that the rent is for one year (contract).

The rent includes:
Internet, water, garbage, and maintenance of common areas.

Requirements:
1 month rent in advance
1 month security deposit
Guarantor with property in Yucatán or one additional deposit.
$4,000 for the contract.
Minimum 6 months.
A contract and promissory notes will be signed; if there is no guarantor, a total of 2 months deposit is required. (It is refundable as long as the contract is fulfilled and the property is returned in good condition)

1 baño completo con agua caliente y fria.

1 cocina/recibidor, frigobar y parrilla eléctrica.
*Se puede cambiar el frigobar por un refrigerador mas grande pero con la condicion de que sea por un año la renta (contrato).

La renta incluye:
Internet, Agua, basura y mantenimiento de areas comunes

Se pide:
1 renta adelantada
1 renta de depósito
Aval con propiedad en Yucatán o un deposito mas.
$4,000 del contrato.
Minimo 6 meses.
Se firma contrato y pagarés, si no tiene aval se dan 2 meses de deposito en total. (es devolutivo siempre y cuando se cumpla con el contrato y entregue en buen estado el predio)
