Living in Nuevo Polanco

Apartments are what Nuevo Polanco is built for, and the choice is wide: studios and one-bedrooms aimed at people who moved here for the job, up to family-sized units with full amenity floors. Furnished, move-in-ready rentals are common, which suits executives and international arrivals who need to land quickly near the Ejército Nacional corporate corridor. Buildings typically bundle gym, rooftop, security and parking, and the Club Mundet adds a private sports-and-leisure option many residents value. Compared with the classic buildings of apartments for rent in Anzures, the towers here feel newer and more service-heavy.

What to consider before renting

Ask which direction the unit faces and how high it sits: floor level changes light, noise from Ejército Nacional and views over the city. Furnished listings vary from fully equipped to bare essentials, so confirm exactly what stays. One of the biggest draws of these large buildings is how complete the amenities are, with a full gym, pool and lounge often meaning you rarely need to leave. Traffic around Río San Joaquín builds at peak hours, and there's no Metro station in the area, so factor in how you'll actually get around. For a comparable high-rise feel with more furnished options, apartments for rent in Lomas de Sotelo sit just to the west.
